When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication identifiers. When you search an address, we store the search query and the location coordinates so we can return results and surface saved properties.
We use your information to (a) provide neighborhood research results, (b) operate your account and subscription, (c) communicate service updates, and (d) improve our product. We do not sell personal information.
To return live results, we send anonymized location coordinates to providers including the FBI Crime Data API, FEMA, the National Weather Service, NASA POWER, NIFC, RentCast, and Google Places. Your account identity is not shared with these providers.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for authentication and to remember your preferences.
We retain account data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@neighborhoodbeacon.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email us to exercise these rights.
