By creating an account or using Neighborhood Beacon ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Neighborhood Beacon aggregates publicly available data about US neighborhoods — including crime, hazards, weather, climate, property estimates, and nearby points of interest — for informational research purposes only.
The Service is not real-estate, legal, financial, insurance, or investment advice. Property valuations, rental estimates, and investor calculators are estimates only. Always verify information independently and consult licensed professionals before making decisions.
Data is sourced from third parties (including FBI, FEMA, NWS, NASA, NIFC, RentCast, and Google Places). We do not guarantee that any data is current, complete, or error-free. The Service is provided "as is".
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to subscribe.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.
You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful discrimination (including violations of the Fair Housing Act).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neighborhood Beacon's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
